Cookie Policy
Effective date: May 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how OrderToAI LLC (operating as Diraasa) uses cookies and similar technologies on diraasa.com.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies including local storage, session storage, and pixels. For simplicity we refer to all of these as “cookies” in this Policy.
2. The cookies we use
2.1 Essential cookies (always on)
Required for the platform to function. You can block them at the browser level, but the platform will not work correctly.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| auth_session | Keeps you signed in | Session, plus 30 day refresh |
| csrf | Prevents cross site request forgery | Session |
| diraasa_cookie_consent_v1 | Records your cookie preferences | 1 year |
2.2 Analytics cookies (opt in)
These help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. We use them only with your consent.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| ph_* | PostHog | Product analytics, event tracking |
If you decline analytics cookies, we do not load PostHog at all.
2.3 Preference cookies (opt in)
These remember your preferences across sessions, such as your language and time zone. You can use the platform without them, but you will need to set your preferences each visit.
3. Third party cookies
Embedded third party services may set their own cookies. The full list is at /sub-processors. The most relevant: Stripe sets cookies on the payment form to detect fraud; Daily.co may set cookies in the classroom for video session continuity; PostHog sets analytics cookies if you have consented.
4. Your choices
On your first visit you see a cookie banner. You can accept all cookies, reject all non essential cookies, or use only essentials. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the diraasa_cookie_consent_v1 entry in your browser’s storage and reloading. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no industry consensus on what this signal means, we do not respond to it. Instead, we honor the choices you make in our cookie banner.
6. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent change.
