DMCA Copyright Policy

Effective date: May 2026

OrderToAI LLC (operating as Diraasa) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same. This Policy explains how to report copyright infringement and how counter notices are handled, in accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512.

1. Designated agent

The designated agent to receive notices of claimed copyright infringement is OrderToAI LLC (operating as Diraasa), reachable at info@diraasa.com. Registration of this designation with the United States Copyright Office at dmca.copyright.gov is in progress.

2. How to file a takedown notice

If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to the agent above that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
  3. Identification of the specific material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail that we can locate it (URL, screenshot, profile name).
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Notices that do not include all six elements may not be processed.

3. What we do when we receive a complete notice

  1. We promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  2. We notify the user who posted the material and provide them with a copy of the notice.
  3. We inform the user how to file a counter notice if they believe the takedown was a mistake or misidentification.

4. Counter notices

If your content was removed and you believe in good faith that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter notice. Send a written counter notice to info@diraasa.com that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, for the Western District of Texas, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.

When we receive a complete counter notice, we forward a copy to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order against you within 10 to 14 business days, we will restore the material.

5. Repeat infringer policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Diraasa will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the account of any user determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is generally a user against whom multiple complete and uncontested takedown notices have been received within a rolling 12 month period. Diraasa decides on a case by case basis what constitutes a repeat infringer and reserves the right to terminate accounts at lower thresholds in clear cases.

6. Misrepresentation

The DMCA imposes liability for material misrepresentations in both takedown notices and counter notices. Filing a notice or counter notice in bad faith may result in legal action against you.

7. Other intellectual property

If your concern is not a copyright issue (for example, trademark infringement, right of publicity, or defamation), please do not use the DMCA process. Contact info@diraasa.com with a description of your concern.

8. Confidentiality

We treat takedown notices and counter notices as legal records. We may share them with the user whose content is affected, with the U.S. Copyright Office, with law enforcement, or with the public (for example, to a transparency archive such as Lumen Database) at our discretion.
