On Diraasa, scholars assess how every teacher recites and how they teach before they are listed, and teachers who verify their government ID carry an Identity verified pill on their profile. A stranger with a nice profile photo is not a teacher; a reviewed person is.
Written transcripts, not recorded video
Many platforms record video of classes. We take the opposite view. Diraasa never records video of a class. Instead, each class is transcribed, and the parent receives a written progress note afterwards. You get full visibility into what was taught, without a video recording of your child living on a server. It is a deliberate choice, and it is one of the reasons families trust us. A common risk in tutoring is the moment a teacher and family move off the platform onto private messaging.
